太平洋区域经济合作在进入90年代之际有了新的发展,其特点是:跨太平洋经济关系仍占主导地位,大范围的经济一体化尚不具备条件,当务之急是解决贸易问题,加强区域协商机制成为共同要求。
As the world enters into the 1990s,economic cooperation in the Pacific region haswitnessed new developments.It has the following characteristics:It is dominatedby trans-Pacific economic relations.However,it is still premature to have a large-scale economic integration.Tackling of trade problems comes as first priority,andmore regional consultation becomes a common desire.
