区域经济集团化是世界经济发展中出现的新问题。促使区域经济集团化的因素有:世界经济活动趋向全球化,科技革命推动生产向国际化方向发展,贸易保护主义日益加剧以及国际上军备竞赛转向综合国力竞争。区域经济集团化既涉及到各国的经济政策和对外政策,又影响到未来的世界政治、经济格局的走向。
The formation of regional economic groupings is a new phenom-enon in the growth of world economy.The underlying factors are:the globaliza-tion of world economic activities,internationalization of product boosted by thescientific and technological revolution,intensified trade protectionism and a shiftfrom the arms race in the world to a competition for overall national strength.Regional economic integration will influence economic and foreign policies ofmany countries and have an impact on future political and economic structures ofthe world.
