感觉寻求量表对我国被试的测定及因素分析

Test of Sensation Seeking Scale in Chinese Subjects and Its Factor Analysis

本文对我国517名正常被试测定了感觉寻求的人格特质。结果表明:我国男女被试都在寻求激动(TAS)和新异体验(ES)的特质上表现最为明显;在厌恶单调(BS)的特质上最不明显。男女相比,男性具有更高的感觉寻求倾向。从个体年龄发展的分析表明,感觉寻求随年龄的增长而下降。量表的信度达到要求,因素分析结果表明有一定的效度。跨文化比较所提示的一般趋势表明,中国男性被试的感觉寻求特质低于英美男被试,中国女性被试的感觉寻求特质则在美、英女被试之间。

A Chinese revision of Sensation SeekingScale(SSS)was administrated to 519 sub-Jects.The main result shows:Chinese menand women both have high AS and ES scores,but no low BS scores.There is a significientsex difference which shows greater sensationseeking tendency in male subjects than infemale.With the ages increased,the SSSscores reduced gradually.The testing alsoshows an appropriate reliability and validity.Cross-cultural comparison indicates that theSSS scores of Chinese men are lower thanthat of USA and UK,But the scores of Chinesewomen are between those of the USA andUK subjects.
