摘要
孟加拉国独立仅18年,它和印度的关系却经历了一个错综复杂、坎坷曲折的发展过程。一、印孟关系的四个阶段根据两国政府相互关系和矛盾冲突的发展情况,孟加拉国与印度的关系大体可以划分为以下四个阶段。第一阶段从1971年至1975年,友好关系下埋藏着矛盾的因素。孟印关系开始于孟加拉国作为一个独立国家还处于襁褓时期。众所周知,人民联盟在争取东巴基斯坦充分自治和独立的斗争中,得到印度政府舆论的支持和物质的援助。不仅如此,从1971年11月下旬开始,印度在东巴基斯坦发动了一场不宣而战的战争。
Since the Independence of Bangladesh, the relationship with India has unfortunately gone through a rough and tortuous process except for a short 'honeymoon' period. Following the formation of SAARC, the climate was getting warmer in 1980s. The author deals with the problems which disturb a normal relationship and the basic factors which dominate it.
