摘要
本文从微观角度,以实证的方法研究在目前双重体制格局下,我国国有企业的劳动力需求行为,目的在于揭示出企业劳动力要素配置的内在机制,为我国劳动力管理体制的改革寻找基点、契机、条件和途径。本文分别考察各个企业制度因素对企业劳动力需求行为的影响,不仅描绘出目前企业劳动力需求行为的特征,而且揭示出其背后的原因。
From a microeconomic angle and in a positivist approach,the paper studies thelabour demand behaviour of China's State-owned enterprises in the present pattern ofdual systems.The purpose is to discover the inner mechanism of distribution of la-bour elements in enterprise,thus to find the basic point,bottleneck,conditions andapproach for the reforming of China's labour administration system.The paper makes specific examination of particular enterprise system's influenceon its labour demand behaviour,and thus not only depicts the present characteristicsbut also exposes the causes underlying the said labour demand behaviour.
