正常人和献血员血浆中四种元素的调查

Investigation of Four Flements in Plasma of Normal Subjects and Donors

以空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收法测定唐山市135例正常人和165例献血员血浆中Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg,其结果可作为唐山市地区性正常人和献血员血浆中元素水平。t检验表明,两组间血浆Cu水平没有显著差异(p>0.05),而献血员组血浆Zn、Ca、Mg水平却非常显著地低于(p<0.01)正常人组。因此,献血员血浆中某些元素水平不能作为临床和病理研究的正常对照值。同时,有必要对献血员体内那些比正常值显著高或低的元素进行调整。

The Cu, Zn, Ca and Mg in plasma of 135 normal subjects and 165 donors in Tangshan are determined by air-acetylene atomic absorption spectroscopy.The results can be used as element levels in plasma of normal subjects and donors of Tangshan region.The ttest shows that no significant difference (P>0.05) of the Cu level in plasma is found between two groups, but the Zn,Ca, Mg levels in plasma of donors are significantly(P<0.01)lower than those of mormal subjects. It is illustrated that some element levels in plasma of donors can not be used as normal values in clinical and pathologic tests and it is necessary for donors to regalate those elements in body signiscantly lower or higher than normal values.
