摘要 本文采用现场性自然实验法。在体操教学中运用心理训练方法,冲破原体操教学结构,将体操的基本知识、基本技术和基本技能的学习与智能训练紧密结合,试图在开发学生智力、加快动作技能的形成、加深动作概念与基本知识的理解与掌握方面探索新途径。 Methods of psychological training were applied in gymnastics teaching through a live and natural experiment. Not re-stricted by the old gymnastics teaching structure, the researchers combined the learning of basic gymnastics knowledge,techniques, and skills closely with intelligence training, so as to find out new ways to help students develop their intelli-gence, speed up the process of skill learning , and get a deeper understanding of the basic knowledge and concepts of gym-nastics.
