摘要 1981-1982年笔者曾以催眠放松练习用于促进运动员大强度工作后的恢复,以念动训练提高跳投命中率,以脱敏练习提高心理稳定性。为丰富常规教学训练手段,又对更多被试者进行了一个学期的心理训练。结果在不增加教学时间和身体负荷量,无须特殊设备的条件下大大缩短了被试者的技术规格化进程,提高了动作速度和心理稳定性。本文还从生理学和心理学的观点分析了放松、念动和脱敏练习的机制,以及心理训练中所产生的现象。 During the years 1981-82, the author of this paper carried out experiments on helping basketball players to recoverfrom intensive workouts through hypnotic exercises, to improve their shooting ability by means of image training, and toraise the level of their emotional stability by desensitization. Later, to look for more and better ways of teaching, he con-ducted psychological training among more subjects over a period of six months. Using the same equipment as before, he wasable to shorten the time considerably for developing standard skills in the subjects, as well as to increase the speed of theirmovements and improve their mental stability during contests, without extending the teaching hours or increasing theirworkloads. From the physiological and psychological points of view, he has analysed the mechanisms of his methods oftraining.
