摘要 本文对18名中国优秀女子赛艇运动员在赛艇测功仪上用逐级间歇递增负荷法,进行了动态遥测心率与血乳酸无氧阈之间关系的测试研究。发现其负荷心率拐点的输出功率与血乳酸无氧阈的输出功率呈线性关系。 The relationship between dynamic heart rate (HR) and blood lactate anaerobic threshold was studied for eighteen Chi-nese elite oarswomen who were voluntarily submitted to a stepwise intermittent progressive loads on rowing ergometer. Aliner relationship was found between work output at the HR defection point and at blood lactate accumulation, with thecorelation coefficient r=0. 93. Thus the observation of dynamic HR with the help of rowing ergometer can be used as aneffective and simple noninvasive method in finding the anaerobic threshold, which will be of practical value in training.Discovered also was the coincidence that the two curves of the recovery HR and the exercise HR turn at the same load level,which is highly significant in the study of HR recovery. Statistics again showed that the work output of HR anaerobicthreshold and blood lactate anaerobic threshold were 84% and 80% respectively of the maximal power of 6min test and the corelation coefficient between the output of HR anaerobic threshold and that of the maximal power was high (r=0. 939),with the liner regression equation Y=0. 949X+2.13.
