摘要
本文以聚氯酯(PU)和环氧树脂(EPOX)为两个网络组成,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为活性稀释剂,在紫外光照射下合成了互穿网络聚合物的系列样品。研究结果表明:在IPN体系中,PU网络组成的重量百分比不低于50%(wt),而EPOX和MMA的百分重量比不宜高于25%(wt),样品的力学强度与活性稀释剂的百分重最之间的关系存在一个最佳值。
In this article, two networks are composed of the two components, PU and EPOX, MMA being reactive diluent, which are synthesized into a series of polymer specimens of interpenetrating networks under the irradiation with ultraviolet rays. The results of research show that the percentage of weight of PU network composition in the IPN system is not lower than 50%, but the percentage of weight of EPOX and MMA is not nigher than 25%. An optimum value exists in the relation between the strength of mechanics of specimens and the percentage of weight of reactive diluent:
