摘要
通过连续四年对72名不同技术等级的中长跑运动员进行了多生理指标的跟踪测试,用电子计算机和多种数理统计方法,建立了中长跑运动员安静状况下的机能状态、运动能力、心肺功能恢复能力综合评定的数学模型和运动员选材的模式,并集中一年多的时间对170余人次运动员结合训练和比赛进行了验证和应用,在训练实践中收到了效益,受到了教练员的欢迎。
Using computer- aided statistical methods, a four- year follow- up physiological test pro-gramme was conducted among 72 middle and long distance runners of different performance lev-els. With the results thus obtained, the authors have established a mathematical model for a com-prehensive evaluation of the physiological functions of runners at rest, their work capacities andtheir ability to restore cardiorespiratory functions after exercise. They have also created a modelfor identifying talented runners. These models have been tested on 170 runners in the course oftraining and competition, with gratifying results.
