A Study of Body Contacts Sustained by Pivotmen in Basketball Play

身体接触性对抗是现代篮球运动主要特征之一。本文以提高我国男蓝中锋在投篮过程中的身体对抗能力为目的,通过录像观察统计方法,对国内、外中锋在投篮过程中,身体接触的区域、部位、方法及表现形式等方面进行了初步研究,为中锋的对抗性训练提供了理论依据。

Basketball is a typical contact sport. With a view to enhancing Chinese pivotmen's ability tostand up to physical contacts during shooting, the author has made video records of Chinese andforeign pivotmen in action and assembled a wealth of facts and data about the locations wherephysical contacts took place, the parts of the body contacted, and the way such contacts occurred.These facts and data provide a theoretical basis for preparing picotmen against different contactsituations.
