对冰球运动员进行战术意识训练的探讨

Discussions on Ways to Improve the Tactical Awareness of Chinese Ice Hockey Players

本文对我国冰球运动员的战术意识、身体素质等进行了全面的调查分析,研究发现运动员的战术意识和身体素质不是相辅相成,而是高低相错的,这直接影响了我国冰球运动水平的提高。本文就影响运动员战术意识水平提高的原因进行了分析,提出了加强战术意识训练的具体方法,并在中国青年队、哈尔滨体院队进行了测试,收到了较好的效果。

Proceeding from the fact that good physical qualities do not always contribute to a sharpen-ing of tactical awareness in Chinese ice hockey, the authors of this paper analyse the problems af-fecting the enhancement of tactical consciousness in Chinese pucksters and suggest ways for solu-tion.Their suggestions have been put to practice with fairly good results.
