我国成年女排二传手性格特征及部分二传手性格特征与其二传行为的关系初探

Dispositions of Women Volleyball Setters and Their Bearings on Court Behaviour

本文运用卡特尔十六种性格因素测试量表对我国成年女排二传手的性格特征进行调查。并以优秀二传手杨锡兰的性格特征作为典型样本,结合排球比赛对于二传手的要求,分析研究了做为二传手所应具备的性格特征及类型。在上述研究的基础上,本文还将部分二传手场上的二传行为与其性格特征结合起来进行分析探讨,并得出某些二传行为与二传手在性格特征中表现出来的恃强性、敢为性及自信心存在着一定的关系。

Sixteen factors influencing the disposition of setters in adult women's volleyball were inves-tigated by using the Cattel Questionnaire. Taking the disposition of topflight setter Yang Xilan asa typical example, and bearing in mind the requirements imposed by the volleyball game on a set-ter, the author of this paper discusses the type of disposition required of a good setter. On-the-spotstudies have also revealed that the behaviour of some setters on the court has something to dowith their dispositions, such as aggressiveness and courage.
