摘要 本实验研究了运动员在定量负荷运动(连续工作16分钟,运动后即刻心率132次/分)过程前、中、后视听简单反应时和视听短时记忆数字广度的变化。其主要结果表明:1.在本实验条件下,定量负荷运动对视听简单反应时和视听短时记忆数字广度有良好的影响;2.运动中的简单反应时和记忆数字广度优于运动前安静阶段和运动后恢复阶段。本实验运用Lindsley的“激活”学说对结果进行了理论分析。 In this experiment, tests were conducted on athletes exercising under fixed workloads (continuouslyfor 16 minutes,with heart rate reaching 132 beats per minute right after exercise)for the purpose of ob-serving changes in simple audio-visual reaction time and short-term memory before, during and after exer-cise. Results showed that(1)the exercise had a favourable effect on simple reaction time and short-termmemory;and (2)simple reaction time and short-term memory were better during exercise than they werebefore and after exercise. An anlysis of the results was made by the 'activation' theory of Lindsley.
