摘要
本文通过对跨栏技术运动生物力学参数的分析与评价,揭示当代跨栏技术的基本原理,并为改进和完善余志诚过栏技术提出了理论与实践上的见解。
This paper, through analysis and evaluation on the parameters related to the kinematical analysis of the hurdling techniques,revealed the basic principles of the modern hurdling techniques,advanced theoretical and practical opinions for improving and per-fecting the skills of Yu Zhicheng's clearing hurdling.
