摘要
本文通过对我国男排优秀运动员跳发球技术动作的高速摄影及数据的对比分析,从理论上阐述了跳发球技术的机理,并提出了合理的助跑速度、起跳角度和身体动作。
This article, through comparison analysis on the high speed pho-tograph and data of the jump service techniques of the elite players of the Chinese Men's Basketball Team, expounded the mechanism of the jump service techniques from the theory, proposed the reasonable approaching velocity, jump angle and body move.
