This part performed by Sun Ping, an eleven-year-old gymnast
of Guizhou Gymnastics Team at the Second National Youth Games, is
a super difficult action and nobody cares to ask about it in the
world till now. The key for improving the technical quality of
front circle dismound with reverse hang is, on the basis of rai-
sing the velocity of giant swing with reverse hang, correctly
using the techniques of leg beat action in order to raise the
initial velocity of flight part.
