新规程带来平等竞争,促使动作难度和质量进一步提高,特别是对中等水平国家技术的发展起到了促进作用。当今世界体坛的格局是:苏联领先,中国、氏德相争,日、匈、罗三足鼎立。令后规定动作出现新风格,自选动作将有出“新”用“新”的新局面。
New regulations have brought about equal competitions, furtherimproved difficulty and quality of the parts and especially promotedthe development of the techniques for those countries with medium-level. The current situation of the world gymnastics field is: WithRussian team in the lead, there exist gruelling competitions be-tween China and Democratic Germany, and then Japan, Hungary andRomania are competing like the three legs of a tripod. In the fu-ture, new style will emerge in the compulsories and fresh situationfor the optional exercises will occur as well.
