文中讨论了苏联形成和制订下一个体育科研工作五年计划(1991-1995年)的参考依据,提出了苏联体育科研的战略目标和近期任务,分析了现存的缺点,提出了若干问题的设想和建议。
This article discussed the next five-year plan (1991-1995) ofsports scientific research in USSR and provided the strategic tar-gets and recent tasks. It also analysed the existed weakness andgave considerations and suggestions for a number of problems.
