摘要
律师见证,是我国律师界近年兴起的一项新业务,目前仍在探索之中。本文就律师见证的兴起、概念、作用、原则、范围、程序和见证文书的形式等问题提出了看法。
Laywer's Witness is a newly emerging undertaking among China's lawyers in therecent years, an issue still under further study at present. This essay elaborates onthe origin, concept. function, principle, range and procedure of lawyer's witness aswell as the form of witness document.
