Since the 3rd Plenary Session of 11th CPC Central Committee, especially followingthe convening of the 13 CPC Congress, the lease-managing contracts are mushroomingas quickly as the contracted-responsibility enterprises. They have displayed their stronglife during the primary stage of socialism. This essay elucidates the legal features oflease-manage contract of an enterprise and puts forth several issues warranting attentionas viewed from the current practice in this respect.
