我国信息保护立法初探

An Initial Study on Information-Protection Law in China

本文从我国开放、搞活的实际需要出发,为加速信息保护立法的建立,就信息及信息保护的问题进行了探讨,对危害信息安全的行为进行分析,并说明相应的防范措施。文章还借鉴外国在信息保护方面的立法,并针对我国目前的状况提出了建议。

Proceeding from the practical requirement for the implementation of the open policyand the invigoration of domestic economy, the paper conducts a study over the necessityof quickening the establishment of laws for information protection. An analysis isgiven to the destructional behaviour endangering the security of information and anexplanation for corresponding counter-measures is made. Drawing on the experience offoreign laws on information protection, the authors put forth several proposals aftertaking into consideration the present state in China.
