Reinforcing Law-Making for Foreign Trade While Deepening Structural Reform

本文通过总结我国外贸体制改革和外贸立法的经验与不足,提出了深化外贸改革必须加强外贸立法的论题,并对当前立法上亟待解决的问题阐述自己的见解;同时,论证了外贸立法应当坚持国家统一管理的基本原则。

Based on a summing-up of the achievement and defects in China's structuralreform and law-making in the category of foreign trade, this essay puts forth theargument that the reinforcement of foreign-trade law-making is a must for thedeepening of reforming the foreign-trade system, and elucidates several urgentissues concerning the said law-making. The author also expounds the basic rin-ciple that a national unified administration must de adhered to for the said law-making.
