My View on Building of Enterprise Culture in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone

摘要 企业文化是八十年代国际上新兴起的企业管理的新观念、新理论。对深圳特区而言,建设企业文化具有重要的意义。在解决了几个思想认识问题之后,深圳企业文化建设,目前主要有以下四项工作要做:一是造就企业家阶层,为企业精神的发展创造条件;二是加强对企业文化建设的领导和引导,制定企业文化发展规划;三是选准建设企业文化的突破口;四是鼓励员工学习,提高员工的思想文化科学技术素质。 Enterprise culture is a new concept and theory emerging in 1980s in an interna-tional scale,the building of which is of great importance to Shenzhen SpecialEconomic Zone.The building of enterprise culture in Shenzhen SEZ,after havingsolved a number of problems,is at present confronted with four major tasks:1.Fostering of a stratum of entrepreneurs with a view to creating conditions fordeveloping the enterprising spirit;2.Reinforcing the leadership and guidance for the building of enterprise culture andworking out a plan for its development;3.wisely choosing a breakthrough point;and4.Encouraging the employees in their study so that their quality of ideology,culture,science and technology can be improved.
