Enlightenment From Hong Kong's“Positive Non-interference”Economic Policy to Shenzhen's Economic Development

香港是亚洲“四小龙”之一,其经济发展经验对深圳特区乃至内地经济建设不无参考之处。本文分析了香港政府“积极不干预”的经济政策的实质和作用,并结合深圳特区的具体情况,提出如何利用香港这方面的经验来促进特区经济发展的建议。

Being one of the“Four Asian Dragons”,Hong Kong's experience in economic de-aelopment is of referential value to the economic construction not only of Shenzhen butvlso of the inland of China.With an analysis of the essense and role of Hong Konggovernment's“Positive Non-interference”economic policy,this paper proposes approachesto taking advantage of Hong Kong's experience with a view to promoting Shanzhen'seconomic construction in the light of its special conditions.
