关于我国现阶段私人经济的几个问题

十一届三中全会以后,私人经济有了很大发展。本文分析了私人经济目前发展状况及存在的问题后,着重阐述了私人经济的性质、存在的必要性及雇主与雇工的关系等问题。认为在社会主义初级阶段,私人经济存在是必要的,应承认其剥削的合理性,但必须通过政策、法令和制度对其制约,将之纳入社会主义轨道。

China's private economy has made much progress since the Third Plenary Session ofthe CPC Central Committee.After an analysis of its present state and existing problems,this paper elaborates on such issues as the characteristics of private economy,the neces-sity of its existance,the relationship between employers and employers,etc.The authordeems that it is necessary for private economy to exist and the reasonableness of itsexploitation should be admitted,but he points out that it must be restricted by policies,laws,decrees and systems and put onto the socialist path.
