On Conversion of Enterprise Mechanism with State Ownership

本文通过分析我国国有制企业的现状及其改革理论,说明转换企业机制的必然性;指出商品经济对企业机制的一般要求,是企业成为真正的商品生产者与经营者;说明国有制企业机制的转换关键在于企业财产机制的转换,并提出了实现这种转换的途径。

Through analyzing the present conditions of state-owned enterprises and the reform theory for them, the article explains the inevitability of enterprises mechanism conversion and that the general requirements of commodity economy towards enterprise mechanism is that the enterprises will be the genuine goods producers and managers for themselves; that the pivot of enterprise mechanism conversion with state ownership lies in the conversion of property mechanism in enterprises; ways for realizing this conversion are also stated.
