傅里叶变换近红外光谱法检测种子水分和生活力的研究

The Study of the Determination of Seed Moisture and Seed Vigor with Fourier Transform Near-Infrared Spectroscopy

采用傅里叶变换近红外光谱法测定玉米、水稻种子的水分和生活力 ,并用光谱影响值法 (L everage)对异常值进行判断和处理。建立玉米、水稻种子水分、生活力的近红外光谱分析模型 ,快速地预测玉米、水稻种子的水分、生活力 ,满足农作物种子质量快速检测、贮藏。

The moisture and seed vigor of paddy and corn seeds were determined by Fourier transform near-infrared spectroscopy.at the same time we give a judgemnent and treatmenton abnormal valve by leverage Partial least square method was used to build a NIR model. It can be used to test the moisture and seed vigor of corn and paddy seeds quickly and without damage of the sample.
