今明两年世界经济发展虽然存在许多矛盾和困难,但不会出现大的衰退;深圳特区受国内经济的影响可能大于国际经济的影响。本文分析了近期的世界经济发展动向以及对于深圳特区经济的有利和不利影响,提出了实现深圳特区三大战略发展目标所采取的对策。

Although there will be a lot of contradictions and difficulties in the development of world economy next two years, it seems no big depression will occur; the Shen Zhen Special Zone will be affected more by home economy than by international economy. Analysis is made by this article on both the favorable and unfavorable impacts of world economy development on the economy of Shen Zhen Special Zone; and the measures to attain the three main strategic targets of its development are also envisaged by the author.
