无氧功率和最大吸氧量对百米成绩的影响 被引量:1

摘要 科学在体育中的作用愈来愈大,要取得竞技运动的胜利,必须在科学的指导下进行训练。现代生理学、生物化学都揭示出,提高无氧功率和最大摄氧量对提高机能水平有重要意义。因此,作者采用了功率自行车和气体分析仪对体育系84级短跑运动员进行了一年的跟踪测试,探讨无氧功率和最大摄氧量的变化对百米成绩的影响。
