摘要 为使转基因植物中的目的基因在植物体内进行适时、适量、有效的表达,通过在所要表达的目的基因上游建立一个有效的“基因开关”,构建出可准确调控的基因表达系统而实现对基因表达的人工调控。本文评述了启动子阻遏调控系统,启动子激活调控系统,糖皮质激素介导的转录诱导系统、乙醇诱导的基因表达调控系统及铜控制的基因表达系统对这些真核生物人工调控基因表达系统的应用和优缺点。 In order to make aim fragments expressed timely, measurably and effectively in transgenic plants, gene expression system was established by an effective gene switch erected in the upper of expressed aim gene to realize artificial controls for gene expression. The paper reviewed promoter-repressing system, promoter-activating control system, glucocorticoid-mediated transcriptional induction system, ethanol inducible gene expression control system, copper-controllable gene expression system and also discussed applications, merits and flaws of the eukaryotic artificial control system for gene expression.
