摘要
介绍温度控制系统调节器的一种设计方法。首先由阶跃响应曲线得出开环系统的数学模型,根据设计要求,得出调节器的数学模型;然后利用阶跃响应法和离线单纯形寻优得出调节器的初始参数;最后联机实际调试整定参数。
This paper introduces a kind of designing method of temprature control syste regulator.
First, aquire the mathimetic-model of open-loop system from step response curve, and the
mathimetic-model of regulator by designing specifications. Swcond, the primary parameters of
regulator is attained by means of step response curve emthod and off-line simplex optimization
method. Finally, make the actual debugging with computer adjustment to determine regulated
parameters.
