摘要
本文研究了大、中和小强度跑台间歇运动时尿总蛋白、白蛋白、β_2-微球蛋白、溶菌酶、淀粉酶、乳酸脱氢酶、尿乳酸和肌酐的排泄率变化规律和特点;分析了应用上述指标评价运动强度的可行性;指出应用尿溶菌酶排泄评价大强度运动是既简便而又灵敏和可靠的生化指标。
The purpose of this paper is to study the changes in urinary TP. ALB, B_2-mG, Lys, Amy, LDH, Cr, lactateexcretion and urinary proteins SDS-PAGE during interval runs at varying speeds on a treadmill, and to explorethe feasibility of using these factors for evaluating exercise intensities. It was concluded that urinary Lys excre-tion is a sensitive, reliable indicator that can readily be used for evaluating intensive exercises.
