摘要
本文研究了运动员采用不同措施及不同速度减体重对血清酶和肌红蛋白(Mb)水平的影响。表明快速减体重可使运动后血清酶和Mb水平增高,并影响其运动后的恢复。动物实验证实,快速减体重可增加大鼠运动后血清CPK活性,但与肌肉组织形态学异常变化无关。运动员采用综合措施减体重,可使赛后血清LDH水平恢复减慢,但对血清CPK活性和Mb浓度无明显影响。
This is a study of the effects of an athlete's weight reduction on the level of serum enzyme and myoglob-in(Mb) in his/her body. Results of the study show that a fast reduction of bodyweight contributes to a risein the level of serum enzyme and Mb and adversely affects rehabilitation after exercise. Animal experimentshave indicated little morphological change in muscular tissues that is associated with active increase in serumenzyme caused by bodywight reduction. A slow reduction of bodyweight results in a slow recovery of theserum LDH level but produces no effect on the serum CPK or Mb level.
