摘要
应用隔离室时间生物学实验和模拟向西方向飞行,研究人体体力工作能力近似昼夜节律及其峰相位的迁移。结果表明:人体体力工作能力具有明显的近似昼夜节律,并且,体能昼夜节律的峰相位可以通过改变授时子相位的办法,达到人为的调节,以适应特殊时间制度的需要。
An isolated-unit chronobiological experiment and a mimic flight towards the western direction wereemployed to study the circadian rhythm of the physical working capacity (PWC) of the human body and therhythmic acrophase shift. Results of the experiments showed that there is a significant circadian rhythm forthe physical working capacity of the body, and that the acrophase of PWC can be shifted to adapt to specialtime schedules by means of changing the phase of Zeitgeber according to specific needs.
