摘要
本文试用电子计算机,对陈小旺演练的陈式太极拳第一路全过程的表面肌电图进行了定量分析。从肌电积分值、均方根振幅、功率谱、互相关函数的变化,探讨了太极拳运动时肌电图特征及其一般规律,为太极拳练习提供了生理学依据。
A quantitative analysis of surface electromyogram was made with a computer on well-known master ChenXiaowang when he performed the first set of Chen-style taijiquan, and electromyographic characteristics werestudied by using such indexes as IEMG, RMS, MPF and cross-correlation.The physiological data thusobtained can serve as a scientific basis for the practice of taijiquan exercises.
