美国舆论对中导条约的反思与批评 被引量：2

摘要 当里根和戈尔巴乔夫于1987年12月8日签署消除美苏两国中程和中短程导弹条约时,在美国虽然也可以听到怀疑与不满的声音(其中基辛格的声音最为刺耳),但占据支配地位的无非是一种喜悦之情.人们在欢呼超级大国关系出现新的缓和的同时,更为苏联对美国立场所作的让步而感到自豪.但是,当中导条约最初在美国舆论中激起的兴奋逐渐平静下来之后,人们就陷入了更加深沉、更加理智的反思.在国会中,在各种学术会议和学术刊物上,在课堂里,围绕着中导条约的利弊问题而进行的辩论不断深化.
