摘要
本文作者采用美国心理学家卡特尔编制的十六项个性因素测验量表,对我国优秀乒乓球男女运动员的个性特征作了研究,所测数据对今后乒乓球运动员的个性选材、培养和使用提供了心理依据。
The author of the study, adopting the test form with 16 items of personality factors drawn up by Cattell, an American psychologist, made researches on the personalities characteristics of the elite men and women table tennis players of our country. The data tested provided the psychological basis for selecting, training and using the personalities of players in the future.
