摘要 “两环外宽臂支撑托马斯全旋转体360°”是山西省小将创造的具有强大生命力的难新动作。该动作要领同“环上托马斯全旋转体360°”。只是在环外支撑时手掌外展,手指向外,拇指靠近食指。全旋过程中,身体重心移动范围大,要求推手、顶肩更加有力,两腿开度更大,臀位更高。首先掌握好宽臂支撑托马斯全旋是基础。 The main point of Thomas circle full twist at two times with wide arms support outside double pommels is the same as that of Thomas circle full twist over pommels. The only difference is that when supporting outside double pommels, the palms should open outside, fingers should outward and thumbs near forefingers. During circling, the moving range of the body's center of gravity will be very wide, and that means the push off and shoulder block should be stronger, the opening of double legs should be bigger, and the hip position higher. The basis is to grasp Thomas circle with wide arms support at first.
