国际地方政府联合会,英文名称是 Infernafional Union of Lacal Authorifies,简称 IULA;法文名称是 Union infernafional des villes et pouvoirs locaux,简称 UIV;德文名称是 Unión Infernacional de Autovidades locales;西班牙文名称是 Infernaf-ionaler gemeindeverband。1913年,在比利时工业城市剑特(ghent)召开的国际城镇大会上。
