摘要 本文研究5周足球训练课对体院男子足球队员(n=15)运动尿蛋白质总量和β_2微球蛋白排泄量的影响。实验结果表明,在相同强度训练的适应过程中,尿β_2微球蛋白排泄量比尿蛋白总排泄量下降幅度更快、更明显;但是,当运动强度进一步增加时,β_2微球蛋白排泄量急剧升高,升高的倍数超过尿蛋白总排泄量的升高倍数。结果揭示,尿β_2微球蛋白排泄量可能是评价运动员身体机能和承受运动强度的灵敏指标。 The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of a five-week soccer training programme for college students (n=15) on the urinary excretion of total protein and B_2-microglobulin.The results of the experiment showed that during the period of gradual adaptation to intensive training, urinary excretion of B_2-microglobulin decreased significantly faster than did total protein. However, as the intensity of exercise continued to grow, urinary excretion of B_2-microglobulin increased much faster than did total protein. Results indicate that the urinary excretion of B_2-microglobulin might be used as an effective indicator for evaluating an athlete s body function and his athletic capacity.
