2000年我国学校体育的战略目标和指标体系

The Strategic Goals for School Physical Education in our Country by 2000

本文对我国学校体育的现状和未来进行了一次基础性的定性和定量相结合的客观分析,其研究成果主要有:A.设计并论证了我国学校体育的指标体系,B.建立了数学模型,C.制定了不同层次、不同类型的我国学校体育的战略目标。以上成果可为国家教委和各地区的决策部门在制定学校体育发展战略时提供科学依据。

This paper provides an objective analysis, both qualitative and quantitative, of the current situationand the future of school physical education in China. In the course of the analysis, the followingresults,have been achieved: 1.Anindicator-system has been designed for school physical education and its worth has been dem-onstrated; 2. A math-model has been established; and 3. Strategical goals have been drawn up for different kinds of schools at various levels. The above-mentioned results will serve as a scientific basis on which the State Education Commis-sion and the corresponding authorities in various localities of the country may work out strategiesfor the development of school physical education.
