摘要
本研究以4名男性青年为对象,使用我国传统医学中直刺和斜刺两种不同的针刺方法,对大负荷斜蹲运动后的肌肉进行治疗,并在运动后24小时从大腿股外肌活检取样,经电镜观察表明:大负荷运动后骨骼肌内可出现以Z线扭曲为主的变化,还可见到肌原纤维的改变等现象。两种针刺方法均可减少Z线扭曲和肌原纤维的变化。在对Z线扭曲的作用上斜刺优于直刺。
Using four young men as subjects in this experiment, two different ways of acupunctural treatment-one with theneedle in vertical position and the other in oblique position-were applied on muscles after intensive slope-squat exercise. Twenty-four hours after the exercise, biopsies were taken from the musculus vastus lateralis for examination under anelectronic microscope. The result showed that apart from myofibril changes, Z-band straining was the main change occuring in skeletal muscles after intensive exercise. Both ways of acupunctural treatment helped reduce Z-band straining and themyofibril changes, but better results were achieved with the needle in oblique position.
