摘要
本文用RRDE技术研究了20~#碳钢在1%NaCl+0.01NHCl溶液中和在1%NaCl+0.01 NHCl+缓蚀剂(主要成分为聚磷酸盐)溶液中的腐蚀,得出如下初步结论:(1)RRDE可用来判断金属腐蚀的化学机理和电化学机理,(2)RRDE可用于评价和筛选缓蚀剂,(3)聚磷酸盐+硫酸锌的缓蚀效果与金属表面膜的形成厚度无明显的关系。
This paper reports the Rotating Ring Disk Electrode is used to investigate the corrosion of 20~# Carbon steel in 1% NaCl+0.01N HCl and 1% NaCl +0.01N HCl+inhibitor solutions. Results are obtained: (1) The RRDE can be used to judge the mechanisms of chemical corrosion and of electrochemical corrosion; (2) The RRDE is able to be used to evaluate and select the inhibitors; (3) Inhibitory result of the Inhibitor [(NaPO_3)_6+ZnSO_4] is independent of the membranous thickness on the surface of metal.
