浅谈社会总需求与总供给平衡的几个问题

SOME POINTS ON THE BALANCE BETWEEN TOTAL DEMAND AND SUPPLY

社会总需求与总供给的平衡,对国民经济持续、稳定、协调的发展具有重要意义。一、当前存在的主要问题是社会总需求超过总供给,具体表现为物资短缺,物价上涨。二、产生问题的原因主要是基建规模过大,且投资结构极不合理;消费需求日益膨胀;农业生产后劲不足。其危害,影响经济体制改革的顺利进行。三、需要采取的对策。一是大力发展生产,特别是农业的生产,以增加供应;二是压缩和制控需求。两者同时并举,密切配合,不平衡的现象是可以减少或避免的。

The balance between total demand and supply is importantly significant for making the national economical growth continuously, steadily and co-ordinately. 1. The major Problem in existence is the excess of total demand over supply. The outstanding manifestation is the shortage of goods and materials and the price-going up. 2. The major reasons for the above problem are: the scale of capital construction is too big, the structure for investment is quite irrational, the demand of consumption is expanding day by day and the after effect of agricultural production is insufficient, thus resulting in the influence on the reform of economic system. 8. The steps we should take are: first, we should develop production in a big way, especially the agricultural production in order to increase supplies; secondly, the total amount of demand should be reduced and controlled simultaneously.
