试谈工业企业合理制订质量考核指标问题

DISCUSSION ABOUT INDEXES FOR CHECKING QUALITY

工业企业的产品质量问题关键是菅理问题。合理制订质量考核指标,用以对企业的产品质量、工序质量和各项工作质量经常进行科学而严格的考核评定,是长期稳定的保证和提高产品质量,实现有效的质量管理的重要手段。本文从工业企业制订质量考核指标的意义,制订质量考核指标的原则以及按照全面质量菅理的观点确定质量考核指标的具体内容等三个方面阐述了作者的一些基本观点。

The issue of quality for the·enterprise relates mainly to management. The enterprise must reasonably and completely make indexes for checking quality. The indexes are used to strictly check the quality of products, the quality of process and the working quality, and also important means with which we can assure and promote the realization of the effective quality control in enterprises and steadily increase the quality of products over a long period of time. The author attempts to set forth his own viewpoint from three aspects the significance of making indexes for checking quality, the principle followed when making quality indexes and providing for the concrete ontents of quality indexes according to the requirements of complete quality control.
