Determination ofthe Levels of Copper and Zinc in Plasma of Serum of Some Patients

本文对某些患者血清液 Cu、Zn 水平进行了检测和分析,结果表明,所测各类患者组,血清液 Zn 水平都显著低于正常组或对照组。除白癜风组血浆 Cu 水平低于正常组外,其余各患者组血浆 Cu 水平与正常组没有显著差异;而煤尘肺患者组血清 Cu 水平显著高于对照组,并且,血清 Cu 水平随煤尘肺病情加重而明显上升。有关疾病与血清液 Cu、Zn 水平相关性的因果关系有待深入研究。

In this article,the authors have tested the levels of copper and zinc in plasma or serum of some patients.The results show that the zinc level inn plasma or serum of all groups of patients is apparently lower than that of the normal group or the contrast one,there is no significent difference in the copper level in plasma between the other patiant and normal groups except that the copper level-in plasma of the albinism group is lower as compared with the normal group. However,the copper level in serum of the silicosis group is significan- tly higher than that of the contrast group and the copper level in serum of the silicosis group is in-creased as the patient's condition becones worse.The relevant causality between diseases and copper and zinc levels in serum remain to be further researched.
