The relation between Souh Africa and its neighbouring countries in past 40years since 1948 has been based on the fundamental contradiction of whetherthe countries in Southern Africa ruled by the racialist white minority or bythe black majority. A short historical review on the period when the nationalliberation movement swept across Southern Africa Proves it apparently. Follow-ing the successive independence of the countries in Southern Africa and theexpansion of people's liberation movement in vast territories, the domain underthe control of white racial regime has been shrinked, and the policies adoptedby isolated South Africa has been more crazy than ever.
