我国矿区资源环境安全问题研究

STUDY ON THE NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT SECURITY IN CHINESE MINING AREA

我国矿区资源环境状况已经到了非常严峻的地步 ,很多矿区已经出现人类生存所依赖的自然资源环境遭受毁灭性破坏的现象 ,生存空间不断减少、恶化 ,甚至出现了生态难民。威胁着矿区的持续发展和社会稳定。本文在分析我国矿区资源环境存在的严峻问题基础上 ,从可持续发展理念出发 ,提出了构建我国矿区资源环境安全体系的思想 ,矿区资源环境安全可为实施矿区可持续发展提供必需的物质基础。文中论述了矿区资源环境安全的定义 ,并阐述了其内涵、特点以及研究的理论依据 ,研究方法和应采用的技术支撑体系等。

The status of natural resources and environment in Chinese mining area had become severe.The natrual resources and environment which on people lived in many mining area was destroyed badly,survival space of mankind decreased and stabilization were threatened in mining area.Based on the analysis of seriously problem of natural resoruces and environment in Chinese mining area.According to the sustainable development theory,conceive of constructing natural resources and environment security in Chinese mining area was put forward,by which can provide the necessary substance base for sustainable development in mining area.The definition,connotation,characteristic and theoretical principle of natural resources and environment security in mining area are discussed,and the research methods and support technology are also explained.
